Notice any sensation you are experiencing and know that you are safe and protected at all times, despite dropping the armor you've built to shield yourself. Notice the lightness and freedom as you drop the chains that has kept you stuck in place. Notice the sensation you feel as you drop the mask you've been wearing and embrace your truth.
Stay wild and untamed, yet soft and beautiful with your new sense of freedom.
