There's been a lot of talk over the last decade about sisterhood and supporting each other to thrive. I think it's important that we address the issue regularly because I'm not sure we're doing as well as we think we are in this area.
I'm going to talk about:
- are we really empowering other women?
- behind the scenes are we open and inclusive or is there a secret clique?
- is there someone who makes you feel that they're not really a friend, or ruffles your feathers? how are you dealing with this?
- how can we support empowering communication
