A global leader with a commendable track record in hands-on business growth and organizational transformation leadership. Paul Dupuis, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Randstad Japan, one of the country's leading HR services organizations, effective 1st July 2021. Prior to his appointment as CEO of Japan, Paul was MD and CEO of Randstad India, where he drove the company to profitability. Paul is a game-changer and a transformational leader.  He published his first book on leadership, The E5 Movement in June 2020. Paul is a passionate ice hockey player and volunteers as a coach and supporter of ice hockey in the remote part of the Himalayas in Northern India.
