Jack and John discuss the four agreements and help us see Jesus in each of them.

3. Don't make assumptions
4. Don't take things personally
Can you picture Jesus standing before the Roman governor, Pontius Pilate?
God has truly given his best, the blameless lamb of God, his beloved Son, the once-and-for-all sacrifice for all sin. Jesus stood faultless before the most powerful earthly ruler in Judea, and Pilate asks "What is truth?" while Truth stood before him.
When Jesus submitted to earthly judgment, when he lay against that cross and allowed the nails to pierce his flesh, he epitomized all four of the statements above. And "Don't take things personally" thoroughly resonates with his words from the cross. "Father forgive them. They don't know what they're doing."
