I’ve been pretty open lately on my Instagram about the anxiety I have been experiencing and recorded this completely off the cuff episode to share with you what I’m dealing with and how I plan to cope with it.

If you are experiencing mental health issues, as I say with physical health issues, just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s normal. You deserve better going through the harder seasons of life and do not need to struggle.
