Joana became a coach by a chance. She had the privilege to attend a leadership training course during her years of Quality director for a pharmaceutical firm in which during one of those lunch sessions, a MCC coach explained to Joana the meaning of "coach"
From there on she quit her job and embarked on her journey to be the professional coach as she is now. It was a hidden mindset back then, but she was able to uncover that hidden skills and has transformed her into a well known coaching practitioner for Women leaders and entrepreneurs.
She is now re-expanding her practice and approaching other types of clients, who herself define those who are in a deep hole and "maybe" are ready to talk with a coach.
