This week’s episode I am sharing a brief overview of the five biggest myths about depression that continue to persist in the public, unquestioned, and are generally not dispelled by medical practitioners. Thankfully within research circles the pursuit of truth has given us a greater understanding about the complexities of depression. My hope is, through sharing this we can start to ask the harder questions and start demanding a better treatment.
