This week's episode is all about validation and self betrayal. As one of the most common coping mechanisms, self betrayal leaves us living disconnected from our authentic self. In an attempt to receive love + approval we deny and highlight parts of ourselves. With depression, this can come up as not knowing what WE want.

In this episode I share how habits and affirmations have helped me create connection with myself, take back my power, and know I am valid in what I am feeling, experiencing, and thinking.
