May is Mental Health Awareness Month and in this episode of the Queens of Social Work podcast, we explore holistic ways to cope with life’s daily stresses and challenges.  With the rise of mindfulness and integrative health approaches in social work and mental health treatment, these methods are reshaping how we address mental well-being.

We’re joined by Katiuscia Gray, aka Queen K, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), certified yoga instructor and psychotherapist.  Queen K is the owner of Mind Meets Movement Counseling Services in Lynbrook, New York, where she and her team provide creative, integrative mental health services to children, families, adolescents and adults.  Combining psychotherapy with movement and mindfulness, her approach bridges the gap between mind and body for more effective outcomes.
