We've all been there at least once in our life: feeling like a complete failure. As a parent, co-worker, son, daughter - our own perceptions and expectations can turn any failure we have into feelings of self-loathing and depression; the feeling that "I am a failure". Join Jody & Alex as they talk through separating the failure event from the feelings that event can create within you. Failures are a part of life and can be a source of great learning and personal growth, as long as you can let go of the feelings that come with those failures and look for ways to improve yourself.
