College Hill is known in the Wichita community as one of the most beautiful neighborhoods you will find anywhere in the city. These elegant houses, which are starting to hit their century marks, were built with character, care, and love. Our technical director and local realtor (and David's wife) Emily Hahn is a big fan of the College Hill homes so she came in to assist David as he looked through the history. She was able to put into words what makes this neighborhood so special and unique while David gave us a look at how the neighborhood came about and what it looks like today.
