On this episode of The HERshyt Show, Hersh talks with Alicia Freeman (Sydnor) about parenting. The think about the moment when their children begin to take on a life of their own and need more space. They talk about creating safe spaces for communication with their children and understanding that everyone will make mistakes. Accountability also comes up in the conversation where a parent, single or not, knows that they may have to do certain things with and for the kids on their own. So, it doesn't help to spend 18yrs attacking and going after the other parent.
