On this episode of The HERshyt Show, Hersh and Felicia discuss recent discrimination that they have faced. Both totally separate incidents but both should not happen. It is extremely difficult to get work when there is a criminal history no matter how long ago it happened. If you leave it off an application, you can get fired for lying on an application. Criminal Record checks can cause a lot of well qualified employees to lose opportunities before they can even speak to a real person. They also share an incident where even woman are passed over for help if they are not "as dolled up" as another woman in the same area of a store. Tom boys need service too is the message here.
