 Eric McDermott shares a framework he developed through his decades of professional experience called the 4 Tiers of Followership (or the 4 Tiers of Help).

Having amassed more than half-a-million social media followers in just two years, he educates in a unique brand of visual storytelling that vibes like someone rebooted Schoolhouse Rock for the next generation. He is also a USA Today and Amazon best-selling author, and has numerous published Forbes articles, one of them on followership (see below).
