First up we have Dan Taugher, the National Sales Manager at Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. He is here to talk about what is new in the destination and to talk about the progress they have made protecting their reefs.

1.5oz Vodka
1.5 oz Coconut Rum
.75 oz blue curacao
2 oz Lemonade
Shake, strain over ice
Top with Sprite
Add grenadine
