John, now a grandparent himself, has had a staggering and eye opening experience with his parents; his Dad who is heavily narcissistic in his behaviour, and his Mum who has lost her soul in her life of submission. John became informed and learnt to step out of this family dynamic. His launch into his current life approach is enlightening and heart-warming. He can now care for them and keep his head.
