In this episode, we talk about who we are and the importance of doing a little detoxing daily.  ITS NOT ABOUT STARVING!  In fact, its quite the opposite.  We talk about Meghann's morning ritual that's any easy way to implement some detoxing into your daily routine. Tune in to learn more!


DAILY DETOX ROUTINE:

1.  Drink lemon/lime water upon waking:
1-2 tbsp of raw honey
2-3 tbsp of fresh lemon or lime juice
16-24 ounces of water

Boil some water and pour just enough into the glass to dissolve the honey. Once dissolved, add ice, the rest of the water, and lemon/lime juice. Stir to combine and drink.  Wait at least 20 minutes before having the celery juice.

2.  Juice anywhere from 6 to 24 ounces of celery juice fresh.  If you are just starting out, start with a small amount of juice and work up to the 24 ounces. I DO NOT recommend starting out with 24 ounces if you haven't detoxed, or experienced celery juice before. Wait another 20 minutes after drinking to have breakfast (smoothie, other non-fat breakfast item).
