We must see the intention of God in the expression of His Holy Ghost and fire, enables us to receive the grace for a firm foundation as a consequence of encounter to be established in our heart and lives through His fire forming us, reforming us, identifying us and reidentifying us. God’s design is clear in scripture and stands true today. Before He brings infilling, He brings form to that with is formless through the expression of Himself that is light.
