Join us as we continue with the fifth part of this series on connecting. Connecting with God. Connecting with Community. Connecting with Creation.
This week Canon Tim Clayton continues with some more insights from 1 Corinthians chapter 2. Connecting with community.
“Things that no eye has seen, or ear heard, or mind imagined, are the things God has prepared for those who love him.”
When we say connecting with community, we mean of course our local church community, but we also mean "the whole community around us in our local towns and cities".
Tim encourages us to not "lose the plot".
Don't lose how special this good news of Jesus is.
How can we learn to be open and honest as a community that can let each other in, to swim in clean water and to breath fresh air. So we can be open and honest and we can let others in.
We have this special gift. That all of life is a gift; that we are blessed, have been blessed, will be blessed; that we are loved, have been loved, will be loved. That each of our lives are known and they are part of God's story.
Join us Sunday Mornings at 10 am.
