Join us as Ross looks at the story from Genesis 32 where Jacob says, “No, please, if I have found favor in your sight, then accept my present from my hand. For I have seen your face, which is like seeing the face of God, and you have accepted me. Please accept my blessing that is brought to you, because God has dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough.”
Ross reminds us that our God is not like our culture.
We can sometimes be quick to condemn rather than being quick to forgive, or quick to accept and welcome. In this special sermon, Ross looks at ways we can learn to receive forgiveness and to be forgiving. To See God's face of love and forgiveness; acceptance and welcome. Encouraging us to learn to be the face of God, the face of "welcome" whenever we can.
