What are they?

What the church patriarchs and matriarchs experienced was a living encounter with the risen Jesus Christ. They experienced love, connection, and hope. Those profound encounters led them to consider what they believed, solid, dependable, real, powerful. They wanted it preserved, kept clear, and remembered always.
In this fascinating sermon series, we unpack the beautiful history of the Nicene Creed, a narrative summary and love story between God and creation. A narrative of who God is, and how God has acted.

Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.” After he said this, he showed them his hands and his side. Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.
