Laura talks openly and honestly about how difficult her first pregnancy was, the recovery and how she found pilates and a focus on healing and health helped her prepare for and recover from baby No.2.

As a PT who works with a lot of post-natal women as well as peri-menopausal and menopausal women, Laura gives some great advice about getting fit and active not only just post baby but for all women coming back to exercise from a break.
