As the renaissance of downtown Chillicothe hit its stride, an organization was formed to keep the momentum going. The aptly-named Downtown Chillicothe has continued the upward trend - bringing amazing events and beautifying the downtown even more, while also helping to plan for even more to come. Tiffany Baldwin is the program manager of the organization and she joins us this week to talk about the group, its future, and the huge Sand in the Street volleyball event coming soon.
