But something happened when Jade visited our town - she felt compelled to move here and be a part of a rising tide. Jade is the owner and operator of The Stack, an apparel and art store in The Fort Collective in downtown Chillicothe, and Marshall works with Bright Solutions, but the legend goes far beyond vocation for these two.
