Our special Steppin’ Out guest this week is Gary Thorpe OAM from Brisbane, Queensland.
Gary has been General Manager of classical music radio station 4MBS since 1989 and was a founder of the station. He has played an influential role on the Brisbane arts scene as instigator of classical music live events and the Shakespeare festival.
Through the Silver Memories nostalgic music project, Gary has created entertainment that brings special joy to the elderly and those suffering dementia.
