I’ve said it before that resistance and denial are a normal part of the change process and I’ve seen it in action time and time again. It’s not uncommon for change leaders to bunker down in denial, telling themselves lies which end up blocking the success of the change they’re seeking.

In this episode, I share the 3 huge lies that change leaders (unintentionally) tell themselves and why they don’t help the change agenda in any way, shape or form. These lies creep in like cheeky buggers and I’m telling you, no leader is immune. I’ve seen them demonstrated across many levels working with lots of different clients.

Now, don’t stress if you see yourself in any of these situations.  There’s plenty you can do to turn things around and in this episode, I share some really practical things you can start doing now to get back on track. I talk about the power of vulnerability, how change takes time and the importance of living and breathing curiosity.
