Movies based on Marvel characters dominate today's box office. This week we take a second look at the very FIRST Marvel adaptation: Howard The Duck! This movie may not have lit up the box office back in 1986, and it was certainly torn apart by critics, but it is technically a movie and that's good enough for us!
We dig through the big hair, frightening animatronics, and primitive visual effects to find everything that this oh so 80's movie actually did well! It's a film that isn't afraid to test limits, like how many duck puns is too many? How many expressions can you get from a duck puppet? And how much interspecies sex can a PG movie get away with?
