Oxygen is one of the most vital things our body needs. Effective breathing can help us in so many ways such as better sleep, effective food digestion, it can enhance our immune system, decrease our stress levels and so much more.
Without noticing, most of us are shallow breathing daily. We miss the signs that our body shows us to slow down and focus within.
This week, I will be sharing with you the challenges I’ve faced over the past few days, the lessons I learned from them, the different methods and benefits of breathing, and some books and app recommendations for you to try.
