Sexual energy flow is most commonly associated with Sacral Chakra, the second Chakra. Sacral Chakra's primary element is water, which is correlated with a state of flow. All of the sexual and reproductive organs rely on the flow of matter, energy, or water, and this is true for sexual function and sexual energy.
Our society often bastardizes sexuality, making it seem bad, shameful, or twisted. This often leads to blocks in the flow of our sexual energy, particularly if any sexually charged incident that caused embarrassment or shame happened before age 7-14, the ages of the Sacral Chakra.
When our energy is not flowing freely, sexual energy or otherwise, dis-ease occurs. Today, join Bruce as he explores the holistic perspective of sexual energy, and how this energy flow correlates to the Chakras, energy healing, and subconscious beliefs.
