Hello and welcome back to the ReikiCafe Radio! Thank you so much for joining us. For the month of August, we will be doing a deep dive into the lower three Chakras- our Chakra Foundation.
At ReikiCafe, we believe in the power of the lower three Chakras to unlock healing through releasing subconscious limiting beliefs, diving deeply into the self, and creating a solid foundation on which to build our healing. This week, we will continue our journey into the lower Chakra with the second Chakra: Sacral Chakra.
Sacral Chakra is located just below our navel, in our lower belly, as our center of creativity, passion, and sexuality, Sacral Chakra vibrates orange and calls us to connect with our inner child. By doing Inner Child work, we can bring balance and healing to our Sacral Chakra.
