In the episode we chat about Sophie’s experience becoming a mother of 3 beautiful boys, what her transition into motherhood has been like, what inspired her to create Australian Birth Stories and the ups and downs of starting and running a business whilst raising a little family. I absolutely loved chatting to Sophie, and we have some really awesome chats about emotions, self-care and anger.
