In today’s episode I’m going to be chatting with Nadine Muller, a beautiful mum of two boys - Madden who is 4 and Beckham who is four months old. I want to give you a heads up that this is not a light episode, Nadine experienced what can only be described as intense birth trauma with her second birth, and she is still working her way through her experience. I want to place a little warning on the episode for anyone who has experienced their own birth trauma that this episode is pretty raw and nadine is incredibly vulnerable about her experience.
