Episode 4: This week we talk with the amazing Aoife Healy. Aoife has a remarkable business background and clearly strives for MORE every day. Aoife has an impressive and diverse background from being Global Customer Service Manager in a telecomms company to owning the renowned Ella Wine Bar in Howth, Co. Dublin for over 11 years. She has also sculpted strategic direction and success on many boards such as the North East branch of the Restaurants Association of Ireland, Fingal Tourism, Visit Howth Peninsula and the IPBN. Aoife is now the CEO of her own consulting firm called Pathway Consulting where she helps her clients improve themselves and their business every day. Aoife has a clear appetite for success and leadership.
