In this episode, I am reflective of a very transformative relationship I had in my early twenties. One that shook my self-esteem and self-worth. But the end of that relationship was the beginning of my life. I felt a huge amount of light come back into my body - the light that I gave him for years and he took advantage of. I share this story because now it's so much of who I am and how I show up to life. No regrets, only lessons.
