Oh boy do I know how to procrastinate! I do it so well that I procrastinate with really productive things, but it doesn't help me really get where I want - and I usually burnout. 

In this episode, I give three strategies on how to deal with this common self- sabotaging behaviour. I also share my story of me holding myself back in by business and how I was procrastinating for years and what I did to break free from delaying what I really wanted, healing my crippling self doubt, and changing my mindset about why I procrastinate. 

Procrastination is actually deep down trying to protect you, it's time to have a better relationship with it.
