In this episode, I share all about what energetic upgrades are, why we get them, and how to flow with them. Just like how a phone needs a software update - so does your body. If you aren't aware of them - they can catch you off guard and you'll try to push through - which is like interrupting an upgrade on your phone - it will be incomplete and might make you feel off.
It's important to just go with it, listen to your body and rest and 'restart'.
