Episode 5: Lori Allen, Executive Director of CAC

“We are shining a light in dark places. We do a really good job of giving a voice to children...We have one of the best Child Advocacy Centers in the country!...We want to end child abuse and sexual violence.”  In this episode, Steve sits down with Lori Allen, Executive Director of the Gulf Coast Children’s Advocacy Center.  The CAC is a local version that’s heavily meeting local needs of local kids.  Learn more about the journey that led Lori to serving in child welfare, her leadership in creating a culture of qualified, professional staff that have a calling to protect and support children victims and why its, “all about them babies!”
