We dive deep into success, peace, joy, and surrounding yourself with the right people that allows you to grow and achieve some of those things. We discuss setting boundaries, expectations, and sometimes to protect your peace you have to do those things in certain relationships, whether they are family, coworkers, or friends. I think it's important to give yourself permission to shelter your soul from certain people that don't bring light into your life, regardless of the previous relationship.
"Relationships" can be a complex topic as they vary in nature from person to person. But what cost is that relationship to you? What benefit is that relationship to you? What feelings do certain relationships cause? I think these are very important questions for everyone as we strive to live our best lives.
