We REALLY dive into IDENTITY today and how it affects not only your view of the world, but often times what you perceive your ability to be in life. Is that right or wrong? Not necessarily, it's just how you feel and perceive things to be. We dive deep into this!
But perhaps the key is to altering what you view your identity to be based in truth rather than specific events, insecurity, victimhood, tragedy, and the stories we tell ourselves about what we are capable of.
Identity shifts can come from becoming stronger as a person, growth, self-reflection, and knowing that past events don't determine your worth or define you as a human.
Kim gets deep in talking about Mother's Day, why it's hard, but also as she moves through life with her own daughter she realizes that it no longer defines her or her capabilities, but was something she grew and learned through and is using those experiences to grow personally and professionally.
