 In this episode Sher Kirk shares the experience of Alberta One-Call completely re-envisioning how the notification system operates. The shift to more remote operations has proven extremely successful but the road to that adaptation was anything but easy.

 Today the software is better and more flexible, there are more channels of communication to reach more users in more places, and the ability to adapt further has never been better.
