Taxidermist, motorcycle mechanic, butcher, with whatever she wants to do, Erin isn't afraid to look stupid. That lack of fear has allowed her to not only follow her passions but turn them into careers. In short, she's the coolest! She is just one of those amazing people you meet working not amazing jobs, and I definitely look up to her and admire her outlook on shit!
