Today's episode is about:  Are you addicted, or are you fully dedicated to what you crave or need.
When working with clients, I have them become aware as to what is the feeling and emotional connection / what you do over and over that becomes a habit, that becomes a pattern and eventually turns to your automatic behavior.
When a habit or behavior is no longer beneficial or feels good to you, you can (through guidance or hypnotherapy) tap into the feeling connected to the action or habit, and easily modify the feeling. Once the feeling shifts - then the behavior can change as well.
