Creating new habits can sometimes feel like one of the most challenging things to do. 

We have the habits we do because of our subconscious programming and shifting anything from our subconscious takes time and repetition. 


What isn’t often spoken about is the fears we have when it comes to cultivating new habits, and that’s what I dive into in this episode. 

There are also 5 prompts for you to get curious with your fears in relation to your habits: 

  1. What am I afraid of? (What is the reason you aren’t prioritising healthy habits)
  2. Where does my fear come from? (What experience led you to have this fear)
  3. Is this fear REAL or is it a story? (Is it actually a thing, or is it a story you’ve created that has manifested)
  4. What’s the worst thing that can happen if I lean into this fear? (keeping in mind we’re talking about cultivating new habits) Hint: nothing changes
  5. What is 1 small action I can take towards changing my habits and removing my fear.
