Recently I asked my community if there were any questions they would love me to answer on the podcast and there were some juicy ones, so over the next couple of months, along with my usual episodes, I’m going to be coming in to share with you the answer to these questions.
Today I am going to answer the first question that was asked, and there are a few elements to it. The question was:
What did your trauma feel like? How did it play out in your life? Did you have any physical responses in your body? What was your mindset and thoughts like pre healing?
This is an episode where I’m totally open and honest with you, and it may not be the answer you expect or thought it would be, in that my trauma played out through suppression, avoidance and numbness, which obviously impacted everything else.
