The question that was asked was:
What did your healing look like? How did you move through that space? How did my thoughts and mindset change after doing the work?
This was a little harder to record and keep short because there have been so many elements to my healing, but I’ve done my best to answer your question.
Today I walk you through the key components to my healing, how I changed, how my mindset shifted and ultimately how I now believe in myself wholeheartedly.
