This episode was one that was very unscripted and not something I thought I’d be sharing, but here it is.
The reality of my life, since my son Hunter joined us in October is that I’ve been putting so much pressure on myself to live life like I had been. To be in my routine, to have structure, to be able to sit and work for as long as I want… and the reality is I can’t do that anymore.
I’ve uncovered so many subconscious beliefs I have about how my life ‘should’ look and what I expect of myself that I now need to work through, let go of and remove or change.
I’m now working through a process that allows me to rewrite my entire belief system on how I show up in the world.
