I’m a full believer that we all have an inner warrior. Someone who is fierce, loyal, protective. Our warrior is us when we fully embrace our own internal power - you know those moments when you stand there in all your glory and say “This is me!”

Well, because warriors (and us) are human, we get wounded. 

The type of wounds I’m talking about are not your every day challenges, these wounds run deep, hurt our heart and take time to heal.
