The PBF’s annual grant cycle is at the heart of our mission to advance women’s sexual health by funding innovative treatment research for complex sexual health problems.
Dr. Shunaha Kim-Fine, from the Society for Gynecologic Surgeons, is a 2021 grant recipient investigating whether standardized counseling regarding the first sexual encounter following pelvic reconstructive surgery improves postoperative preparedness to return to sexual activity and function.
