How To Know Your Inner World is a presentation about your inner path to self knowledge. It highlights that there is an inner world within you and me, where we find answers to questions about our personality, our lives, and our purpose of being here in this world. Our inner world is the only place we can gain true self knowledge about who we are, what we are here to do, and why we should do that.
"How to know your inner world" presentation gives answers the following questions:
- Where is the inner world?
- What is there to discover in our inner world?
- How to access our inner world?
Based on my personal experience, our inner world can be accessed to gain Self Knowledge using either of there three powerful and effective approaches:
- IFS Self Leadership Practice
- Ontological Imagination
- Psychoshamanic Practice
In this presentation we also briefly review each one of these approaches and describe how they access the inner world to help us gain Self Knowledge and better understand our understand ourselves, our lives, and what makes us feel alive.
