This is an experiential IFS Guided Meditation to invite and embody Self. It is designed to help you experience being in Self, or simply experience your purest sense of self, away from all your familiar feelings and thoughts. As a part of this meditation, you may also notice parts of you that you have not noticed or paid attention to before. This style of deep meditation is best for people who want to notice and connect to their personality parts, and their inner most essence or Self.
Experience this meditation with headphones and an open heart. Embody the words that are being said as if they are coming from deep inside your own heart. Guided meditations like the one in this post help us connect to a source of inner wisdom and higher consciousness, i.e. Self. Once, we have access to Self, we are in a much better position to notice and connect to all other personality part within us.
